Naomi Gonzalez Biography

Ms. Gonzalez was born and raised in Baldwin Park California. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physics from California State University, Fullerton in 2005. After earning her B.S., she moved to Hawaii where her husband was stationed and began her legal career as a law clerk. In 2008 the Gonzalez’ moved to Chicago to attended the prestigious law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. There she served as an Associate Editor for the Annals of Health Law, Loyola’s Health Law Journal and graduated in 2011 with a Juris Doctor and Loyola’s Certificate in Health Law.

Ms. Gonzalez is licensed to practice law in California and Illinois and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is based in Ontario and has been helping injured workers in the Inland Empire, Orange County and Los Angeles to get the compensation to which they are entitled.

Will Gonzalez Biography

Mr. Gonzalez is currently Of-Counsel at Gonzalez Law Firm.  He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physics in 2002 from California State University, Fullerton, where he met his wife Naomi Gonzalez.  He was commissioned as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army thereafter. After his initial training at Fort Benning, Georgia (where he was selected Officer Honor Graduate of his Airborne School Class) Will was stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. From Schofield Barracks, he deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan (2004-05) and Kirkuk, Iraq (2006-07) in support of the Global War on Terror. It was during this time that he began work on his Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

After separating from active duty, Mr. Gonzalez attended law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law where he served as an Associate Editor for the Annals of Health Law, Loyola’s Health Law Journal. He graduated in 2011 with a Juris Doctor and Loyola’s Certificate in Health Law.

Mr. Gonzalez is licensed to practice law in California, Illinois, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is also a California-licensed Real Estate Broker.

He has been practicing Workers’ Compensation defense for most of his career.  As a defense attorney, he learned the secrets to how the employers and insurance companies think and what their motivations are.  He now puts that knowledge to practice on behalf of injured workers.

In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing guitar and spending time with his wife and two young sons.

 

Cynthia Garcia-Hernandez Biography

Cynthia was born in Los Angeles, California and was raised in Compton before moving to Fontana in 2007. She served as a Certified Nursing Assistant from 2012 to 2016 providing her with valuable experience in the medical industry. Her workers’ compensation experience began at the Law Office of Mann & Mann in 2016. She has been a paralegal at Gonzalez Law Firm since 2018.

Cynthia earned an Associate Degree in Spanish at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga in 2019. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s Degree at UCR in Philosophy: law and society. She plans to attend law school in the future.

Her other interests include, spending time with her husband and infant daughter, traveling and reading.

 

Jennifer Rivas Biography

Jennifer was born in Downey, California and spent most of her childhood in Las Vegas, Nevada before moving back to Southern California. She attended Paralegal courses at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga and has been with Gonzalez Law Firm since 2018. Her background in the healthcare field as an EMT helps her better understand and serve injured workers as a Workers’ Compensation paralegal.

In addition to striving to provide the best possible service to her clients, she also enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, trips to Knott’s Berry Farm, photography and singing.
